In 2019, the Company began a new direction with an a management team consisting of experienced professionals in Europe, Asia, North and Latin America. Our management team is comprised to combine the cumulative and collective knowledge of accounting, legal and organization with structural skillsets to effectively evaluate and make prompt business decisions and the resource network to facilitate high level transactions.

Born in Wisconsin in 1965, Mr. Koley holds dual citizenship in the United States and Switzerland and resides in Rome, Italy. Mr. Koley professional education includes graduation in 1987 from University of Washington, Seattle, WA – USA with a BA degree in International Commerce and Marketing and Informatics. Mr. Koley in 1988 attended Università Bocconi in Milan, Italy; completing his Postgraduate work through the SDA, graduate school of business in collaboration with NYU – New York University. Mr. Koley brings a vast business experience in corporate finance, merger and acquisition and development where is current and professional experience includes: March 2018 to present Studio Schettini Partner and CPO for Projet Evaluation and Funding A dynamic team of experienced legal and financial specialists working together in the persuit of client’s goals in balancing and streamlining current operations to orchestrating/implementing complex M&A strategies. September 2018 to present MSM Management Limited / Jonny Farms Ltd. (through Studio Schettini) London, UK Director/Partner – Commercial Real Estate & Property Management SPVs for Organic Agricultural & High-end hospitality and resort solutions, management, asset scouting, financial coaching and revaluation with emphasis on the experience aspects of the properties. Currently consolidating several properties/projects in, Italy, Greece and working out of the Rome offices of Schettini & Partners as acting PMO for compliance and asset/collateral placement in project financing.
